Our factory focuses on the processing of export specific Cable Trays, with a complete set of production processes that strictly benchmark international export quality inspection standards. Unlike the extensive processing mode of ordinary trays in China, we adopt a foreign trade precision production process from sheet cutting, bending, welding, polishing to anti-corrosion treatment and finished product finishing. We strictly control every processing detail to ensure that the finished product meets the strict acceptance standards of overseas projects and adapts to the supply needs of cross-border projects in various countries around the world.

Precision CNC integrated processing, resulting in higher precision of finished products. All export bridge frames are automatically cut and bent using CNC equipment, with processing errors controlled within ultra-low tolerance ranges. The board surface is flat and free of burrs, and the bending angle standard is uniform, eliminating processing defects such as distortion, deformation, and skewed edges and corners. Accurate alignment of interfaces, splicing positions, and installation holes eliminates the need for secondary polishing, drilling, and correction on overseas sites, greatly improving overseas construction efficiency and adapting to standardized and fast installation operation modes overseas.
The welding seam is processed with precision, making the structure more stable and durable. In response to the structural requirements of exported products, all welding positions adopt full welding and seamless welding processes, with full and dense welding points, no virtual welding, and no leakage welding, effectively avoiding problems such as stress cracking and detachment in the later stage. After the welding is completed, it undergoes overall polishing and leveling, rust removal and purification treatment. The weld position is flat and integrated with the plate surface, without protrusions or welding slag. The subsequent anti-corrosion coating has stronger adhesion and prevents the preferential corrosion of the weld in overseas humid and salt spray environments.
Export grade anti-corrosion precision processing, suitable for climate conditions in multiple countries. Based on the environmental differences in export regions, targeted precision machining and anti-corrosion processes are customized, including precision hot-dip galvanizing, imported electrostatic spraying, stainless steel mirror passivation, multiple anti-corrosion coating and other treatment methods. The surface coating is uniform and fine, with strong adhesion, no peeling, no shedding, and can effectively resist overseas exposure, rainstorm, salt fog, and wet corrosion. Finally, after manual inspection and refinement, defective products are removed, and export exclusive protective processing is used to ensure that long-distance sea transportation does not rust or wear out, and the quality of the finished product delivery is stable and meets the standard.
